40 hours of college credits, divided in three blocks:
Block 1: From Cervantes to Rosalía: the culture of Spain. This block will address fundamental references of Spanish culture, both classic and current. The particular interests of the students will also be addressed, so that each one can explore and discover the aspects of Spanish culture that most attract them. Approximate schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Block 2: Culture on the street: we are what we do. This block is dedicated to the so-called “culture with lower case”, which has to do with popular habits and customs. The contents discussed will be related to the previous ones and also to what is discussed in block 3, and to the workshops and visits that the students will carry out. They are, therefore, very experiential contents whose objective is that students really live the Spanish culture through interaction, cultural exchange, contact with gastronomy, the key places of the city, etc. Approximate hours: Monday to Thursday, from 11:15 to 12:15.
Block 3: Conversation. The students, in very small groups, will have several conversation sessions with teachers in training, very close to their age. These sessions seek a more authentic and real interaction and enable a much deeper immersion. Approximate hours: Tuesday and Thursday, from 19:00 to 20:00.
